Marvel's Agent Carter

I`m trying to watch Marvel's Agent Carter through ABC.go.com I get this error message. My profile says I'm authenticated through Cox.

Internal Authorization Error. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Error code: 400-1. Internal Authorization Error. Please contact us if you need further assistance. Error code: 400-1

Does anyone have a solution for this?


Does Cox offer a descrambler for TV tuner cards?

Subject says it all! I'm using a TV tuner card on my computer, does Cox offer a descrambler for those kinds of things or do I have to actually get the box and run an output from the box to my tuner card?

MTR700 adapter, TiVo Roamio, & cable card not pairing correctly

I have about gave up on keeping cox service after 37 years. We recently got a TiVo Roamio. Cox charged us $60.00 to come and install the cable card and MTR700 tuner adapter. After it was installed, we are not getting our variety pack channels and our bonus pack channels. They said they would call back that night and I never heard from them. I called again and they sent another tech out. He tried a new MTR700 adapter and same thing happened. He said he would check back later that night and we never heard anything. I have looked this up on this forum and found where Cox has helped people solve this same type of issue where they are missing some of their channels. There is no excuse why I should keep getting the run around. We PAY for these channels and we are not getting them. When other people have had this problem solved, I don't feel like a valued customer when I am getting no where and no answers with them. Sleep timer with Minibox remote

My bedroom TV, witch will require a Minibox, has a sleep timer function.  It is accessed by a button on it's remote.  Can I program the Cox Minibox remote to activate this function on the TV?  Or will I need 2 remotes ... the Cox remote to change channels and the original remote for other TV functions?

why cant I pause a live tv show with my new dvr network?

With my old dvr, I could pause any live show. What is the proper way to pause and reverse and if it does not work, how can I fix it.

the New "Mini-Box" Not Updating.

I got two of the mini box for digital translation.

Followed all the instructions.

It took 27 minutes for the VIZIO Smart TV to get to the "Software Upgrade In Progress", took my CRT TV 17 minutes to get to the screen

So, it has been 30 hours or so and 0% progress on the Smart TV, 6 hours on the CRT TV.

I got the feeling it should have been 15 minutes if everything was going OK. I connected with on-line Chat [Sarah L.]  when it got to the point that it was obvious she could not help she said that a Tech would have to check it out. Then she asked for my telephone number and while I was responding the Chat was disconnected.

AND, neither of the Remotes will work on my TV sets, which I expected from previous experience with Universal Remotes...

I E-Mailed and received no response, other than a message to "Activate" the boxes, again. Done that a dozen times.

Anyone else have this problem?

Technician didn't show up between 4-5pm CST

Hi - My name is Dannie Enfield - we have had internet with cox for over 11 yrs. We were scheduled to have a technician come today (Sunday) between 4-5pm CST to add cox tv by bundling with our internet. He has never shown up and it if 5:30 pm - can you help us? We are in Omaha, NE

Contour DVR - Shut Down/Reboot Issue

I have had Cox Contour now for about 2 months, overall it not been too bad an experience, unfortunately, the enjoyment of this service is being marred by the Cisco 9865HDC shutting down and rebooting at daily, but irregular intervals. 

I have disconnected the power for 5 mins and restarted the unit but the problem persists, shutting down at a key moment in a program and when eventually restarting, tuning to a different channel.

Anyone else having this problem or should I just arrange to get the equipment changed out?

When using ON Demand > Freezone > Music > MC Music Choice I only have one song available in the menu.  In the past there used to be 100s of videos.  Does anyone know why this is or experiencing the same issue?

In my area Cox was negotiating with Grey Communications and their station 13 WIBW came back on the air this evening. After is came back on - my channel 24 (which is MSNBC) is also showing channel 13. Why? This is happening on all tvs which do not have a receiver in my house. The tv which has the receiver is getting channel 24 as MSNBC.

HBO On Demand - Missing Game Of Thrones Episodes

I recently added HBO to my Cox Cable account and have been catching up on Game Of Thrones.  Now, I have noticed that most of the episodes are missing from the HBO On-Demand channel.  I got half-way through season three and suddenly all the episodes disappeared.  (This happened while the on-demand function was not available due to technical problems.)  Any idea of why this is the case?  I signed up for HBO Go and all the episodes are present on HBO Go.  If they are on Go why aren't they on Cox?

PPV Event Didn't Come Through

Hello,

I run a CableCard through HDHomeRun Prime with zero issues on normal cable content.  For the past few years I've ordered PPV events (boxing/UFC/ect) by calling into a representative.  It's worked fine until UFC 182 on 1/3/15 -- I ordered through a rep as usual, but the programming never came through.  A call into billing showed the charge, so it appears to have been ordered properly (billing issue has been taken care of).

My question is was this a problem specific to me or nationwide? Basically I want to ensure I can get this content in the future.

First, thanks for making the cc button work. Have noticed that on some shows and movies that closed caption works fine and then goes away. Have to push cc button off and then on to bring it back. Any ideas?

Why no Agent Carter on On Demand? Who decides what shows go On Demand?

I am really looking forward to watching Agent Carter on ABC, and assumed that it would be available On Demand, as Agents of Shield is available that way.  But unfortunately, someone decided not to include the show in the On Demand list!  

I'm super disappointed - I can't watch most shows when they're on normally, and I really rely on On Demand in order to watch them.  (We don't have the recording option, nor is getting it an option.)

I know I can watch it online, but mostly - I just want to be able to express my disappointment that Agent Carter isn't on On Demand. 

Does any one know why some shows are On Demand, and some aren't?  Is it Cox that made that decision, or ABC?  Where should I be sending my email of complaint?

HBO go not working

We have a few-months-old samung smart TV and new cox service.  HBO go is a wonderful app that we have access to and enjoy.  But the last couple of weeks HBO go will not play.  It will start a movie then give the error "We're sorry, video cannot be played at this time."  I tried to call Cox and they said it was an issue with the app itself and I was transferred to another department, but after 20 minutes I was still on hold and had to leave the house.  Netflix can be streamed without difficulty so I can't imagine its an internet issue.  HBO go works perfectly on my laptop -- just not on my smart tv.  Any help would be appreciated.
