Has Cox allowed support for attaching an external eSATA hard drive to the Cisco 8742HDC set-top box?
I've seen posts on other forums from people who have tried. One or two have succeeded, most have failed and then had issues with their STBs. From what I've read also, it was planned for support in a 'future release of firmware' about a year ago... but I haven't found any other reference yet. I'd really like to know what the status is now.
