Are television channel contracts in negotiations again or something.? I have not had Logo and WE channels all week. I am sure of others, but am only aware of these two because I watch them regularly.
I am trying to reach customer service at Cox, but it takes some time with all the menu options, the robotic answering system for troubleshooting, and the website Chat and ability to email to customer support was not working.
Let me know if anyone else is experiencing channels temporarily off air.
