I live in Coffeyville, Kansas. For over a month there has been no local on the eights coverage for our area. All we get is Nation wide coverage. I have called Cox on three different occasions and haven't received any positive results. I have contacted my local office (which has recently closed) and received no results.The lose of this service has occurred in the past was always resolved. This is a valuable information source during storm conditions that this area doesn't have anymore. Please give me a an answer to this problem.
