We have 2 hdtv boxes for our two major tv's. For the past few days one of them is not displaying the guide when you access it on the remote. All of the channels just say no data. The channels work fine, but no guide listings. I tried to do a connection reset in case it was the box through the Cox site. One of the boxes rebooted, but the one that is not working with the guide did not appear to reboot. Not sure what else to do. I have powered it off and on several times.
