When the DVR screws up, I'm often fortunate enough to have the missed show On-Demand. Very often (actually, almost exclusively), fast forward doesn't work. The upside is that the commercials have been shortened or eliminated, so the hour show is now the same 45-50 minutes it is when I zip through the commercials. Lately, however, my On-demand shows have been the full hour, all commercials, and still no FF. Have I just been unlucky (Reckless and Unforgetable) or is this another instance of going backward with customer satisfaction?
