As my mini box progressed through activation an alert message appeared with the blue bar about half way through. The message asked to check the connection from the wall to the box. The connection is as it should be. I even swapped ends to be sure all was done correctly. Now I am directed to call customer support. Typically a reboot by disconnecting the power connection is recommended., which I have done there times. My hope is to avoid the typical long wait on the phone. Any suggestions?
