Around 5 hours ago a Cox technician installed a Motorola DVR Model DCX3400-M. I am trying to set up some series recordings but noticed that the guide only goes out about one week in time. It seems that all the data should be downloaded to the system by this time. My past DVRs have data on the guides that extend out for two weeks duration. I called Cox and they sent a signal to the box but that didn't change anything. Is this normal for this box or does it just need more time to download the data for these programs? Thanks in advance!!
