For the past month or so we have noticed any on demand program we try to watch starts getting all pixilated and skips like a scratched DVD would, and sometimes even loses sound. This happens on both of our tvs/boxes and on both regular or HD. This has gotten significantly worse in the past few days it's now impossible to watch anything as it freezes up completely about halfway through, if I can make it that far without turning it off in frustration. I feel like I am paying a whole lot of money(I'm supposedly VIP) for a terrible service. The cable line was installed when we moved into the house in January, my neighbor had cable installed around the same time our problem started, could that possibly be the issue? Please help, I'm paying a lot for nothing :-\
