I am hoping someone here can help or suggest I have a technician scheduled to come this Tuesday, I am not too hopeful this will get resolved as usual it is assumed I have a Tivo.
My core issue now is that I am not get any of my subscribed channels, I am on Advanced TV subscription with HBO. Of course I get none of them, I have been with COX support last couple of days with no luck. We tried to repair it back still no luck. I am at least thankful I have reached this point. Initially the Tuning Adapter (MTR-700) would not get to "ready" state, a swap of the TA at least got it to work, I can see it in "operational" status and the "amber" light stays solid (the f/w also got updated to 1.40).
At this point, with COX support we tried a number of things to no avail. Even repaired it (strangely the Host Data ID, did not change), they sent the "hits" to enable I guess all my subscribed channels. I do get 1 of ESPN News channel for e.g, my tuner status shows
