the New "Mini-Box" Not Updating.

I got two of the mini box for digital translation.

Followed all the instructions.

It took 27 minutes for the VIZIO Smart TV to get to the "Software Upgrade In Progress", took my CRT TV 17 minutes to get to the screen

So, it has been 30 hours or so and 0% progress on the Smart TV, 6 hours on the CRT TV.

I got the feeling it should have been 15 minutes if everything was going OK. I connected with on-line Chat [Sarah L.]  when it got to the point that it was obvious she could not help she said that a Tech would have to check it out. Then she asked for my telephone number and while I was responding the Chat was disconnected.

AND, neither of the Remotes will work on my TV sets, which I expected from previous experience with Universal Remotes...

I E-Mailed and received no response, other than a message to "Activate" the boxes, again. Done that a dozen times.

Anyone else have this problem?
