I have been experiencing this problem for the last couple of months. First in December all 3 of my receivers would display this message from sundown to sunup. I called, they said there was a problem in the area and it would be corrected. All was fine until New Year's Eve when the problem started again. Finally got someone out to look at it on 1-15-15 and the tech said there was no problem in the house. He said they needed a bucket truck to check the lines and the signal and they would be back out the next morning. They did come out and now two of the tv's are working, but the main tv with the HD and the DVR is not. I have rebooted,refreshed, swapped cables, swapped ends of cables and nothing helps. Is anyone else having this issue?
