Hello,
I just subscribed to COX last month and have not been able to get my TIVO Roamio working with the provided CISCO Tuning Adapter. I receive many channels but none of the Digitally Split ones. While the cable card appears to work, the tuning Adapter LED flashes green nonstop. I've had three tech visits in the last week without success. The one from yesterday and today said they needed to contact someone in the COX main office to help troubleshoot the tuning adapter problem but the main office was not working due to the weekend and then holiday.
If there is anyone from COX monitoring this forum - if you could please escalate this problem to the appropriate resolution team I would appreciate it.
