I have been a cox customer since 1984. Up until 4 months ago I had nothing but good things to say about cox. Then I got talked into Contour. I am going to remove the entire system and go with another provider. We have to reset the box DAILY. What a shame to lose a 30 year loyal customer over this pathetic system. And I have the entire bundle. So I will be changing phone and Internet, too.
