We have been unable to view a single recorded show or movie in the last three months without the program stopping, freezing, pixelating or having bleed-through from other channels. Literally, not a single recording! We're busy, working folks and depend on the DVRs for viewing our favorite programs; something we haven't been able to do at all lately. We've had the service fellows (super guys, by the way) out and they replaced our connectors, which did reduce the pixelation from constant to just sporadic. However, I still have to resort to iTunes podcasts to get uninterrupted Newshour broadcasts and I've just given up on ever seeing another Hallmark movie or program.. For nearly $270 a month, you'd think we could expect to be able to view at least one show from beginning to end without interruption.
Any suggestions for us?
