Why does my cable continue to pixelate and lose volume after many cable box changes and tech calls? I am tired of paying high prices to watch cable only to have the picture pixilate in and out, can't follow what is being said, and finally losing programs that have saved on the DVR. This has been an on going problem for the last 4 years! We have a cable box for every year we have lived at this address. I am sorry but I do not feel as though I have a "friend" in this digital age.
