Virginia Beach TBS channel 1042 Tiling

Found this on the TV Forum and it describes my issue with channel 1042.  Anyone else having this issue? Seems it was March 2014 when the last person reported the problem. This is the only channel that tiles, no other channel does this. I'm not sure what I'm having this issue with only one channel.
