Hey guys, I just got Cox Contour installed today as well as internet and phone. I have been told from someone over chat that only people with Cox Digital Telephone Premier gets the caller ID on the tv. I know people who have Cox and only have essentials and still gets caller ID on their TV. Anyone know when they actually changed that because I cant find anything online about what level of phone service you need to have it.
