I have a black screen on my TV. Checked the input for the TV and it is properly set to HDMI1. Have called support, they have sent reset codes; have powered on the dvr many times, all to no avail. I would like to find a solution ASAP, as this is our big screen TV and there is a big BB game tonight. Techs will be out tomorrow, but I think I should be able to get this resolved without having a tech come out to the house. This has happened 2 or 3 times before, and support was always able to fix the problem.
