How do we delete the recently viewed items on "On Demand" using the Cisco Explorer 8642HDC box?
- Tried going into Settings > Guide Options > Recommendations > Viewing History > clear viewing history (doesn't work)
- Tech support tried resetting cable box hoping it would work (doesn't work)
If there is no option to clear viewing history I will be ending my tv subscription with cox. I dont want my children to see what Mom and dad are watching at night.
