it started a few weeks ago with recording issues...then the box not responding... .the word HD was flashing, then the word BOOT was flashing on the display...called support who said to unplug box for 2 min...this was a temp fix bc a little while later it quit responding again... re send signal...re booted once again.... the CISCO start up screen had a message that the software needs to be updated...they finally swapped out the main box... then a couple days later the 2nd box in my bedroom would not turn on, UGH!!!! they came and swapped out that box 2 days ago and guess what, it will not let me pause and rewind....keep getting a message "sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties" . I am beyond frustrated with this CONTOUR **! I am ready to give it the BOOT, literally!
