We changed to the contour whole home system about 5 months ago. Since we changed boxes we have received two visits from technicians and are on our second controller box. We are continuing to have issues with our service. We have rebooted our cable controller and receiver box numerous times and used the cable reset tool.
Frankly, calling tech support is a pain due to the length of time it takes for the customer service rep to go through the elementary step by step process prior to sending a technician.
Our receiver box will continually scroll when viewing any menu (guide, dvr etc). So we are unable to select items we wish to view. The power indicator will flash and the display just keeps scrolling.
The latest test performed indicated a 10.1.32 error, which is the same error we have received prior to the last two tech visits.
We just paid $196 for last month's less than satisfactory service. What can be done to resolve this issue? What about refunds?
