I recently set up services with Cox and have found that the tv channels that I requested, as well as some of the "promo" channels, are not accessible. I was concerned about this upon setup in my home. I would have expected some sort of paperwork, service confirmation, channel lineups, etc, but received absolutely nothing.( Please don get me wrong. The guy who did the install was great at what he did.) Anyways just got my first statement and a question..
