a show to watch. As soon as i hit SELECT, the tv screen went blank and the DVR (Cisco 9865) rebooted. Normally that Select would have taken me to the next screen which asks if i want to Watch. 4 minutes later the reboot was finished so i tried again to watch that show. Same result. Tv screen blank and the box reboots. I have had generally good luck with my Contour Record 6. A few minutes later, i chose a different recorded program and it worked fine. I did not want to try a 3rd time to watch the problem recording. Instead of Select, i push the Right Arrow to get to the next screen. From that screen i deleted the show. I probably should have tried to Watch from that screen.
I have only one tv in the home; one DVR.
Today the box is working fine. Has anyone else seen this problem?
