hey i live in Erath and i need a tech to change my drop my televisions are pixelating and my internet does not always work now i am a broad band tech nician and i know a thing or two a tech was installing across the street and told me at the tap he got plus ten for signal i am getting 0 at my ground block and the contour is getting -8 so do the math cause my drop is 120 feet max it does not add up
