To whom may be reading this we have been cox users for at least 8 years and have been noticing increases 5-3 cents each month up until the statement arrived with a notice stating the price will increase OK I got that. The increase took effect and now cox is now raising 5-35 centsbeach month with out notice. You can say we try to keep hour cost down but that's shear bs as a customer of cox I am very peaved that a cable communications company wold increase the bill every month hoping no one would catch it. This is the kind of situation the customer would notice as unfair business practice and fraud also this increase comes with us having a statement dated Jan 1 but pay by 23rd there are 30 days in a billing cycle. A complaint going to be filed with the FTC,FCC for befrauding its customers of its shady bill practices this is why we don't do e bill now we keep paper for said reasons
