Fox network programs come in perfectly clear on WVUE HD and SD, but when programming switches to local (such as local news), it breaks up continuously. Also, when watching a Fox network program, everything is fine EXCEPT when there is a local commercial. Those commercials break up as well, and then it's back to normal for network commercials and network programming. This has been happening most evenings for the past two weeks. Is this a Cox issue or a WVUE issue? It's happening on all Contour boxes and on the HD and SD channel (9 and 1009). It's happening now.
