On Demand is not loading after midnight. This does not appear to be a Contour or in-home equipment problem since I have two boxes and the problem persists on both of those boxes. A "Loading...Please Wait" message continues to appear until timing out. This sometimes goes on until the morning hours, most likely after a shift change.
The problem has been happening intermittently since the start of the contract but only after midnight and is progressively increasing in frequency. It's like no one is monitoring the system at the night.
