Since Cox's last update of my mini box, my remote's stopped working. None of the codes work now to program the remote. I can't change channels at all now. Your mini box is obviously made in CHINA like my worthless TV. Since I've received your box, the picture no longer fits to the screen. I can't see the entire viewing area. Example... When watching QVC, I can't see the enitire areas on each side of the screen. When I disconnect your worthless box, the picture fits my screen, so it's your worthless boxx that's causing this effect.
Since I"ve first received your worthless box,, I can press one button on the remote & a different action takes place. Example..I hit the guide button & it changes channels or it goes to last channel. In a nutshell, this little box of yours is cheap & not good for your customers. YOu guys need to do something about this BS.
I hope nobody else is having this kind of problem with their cable as much as Cox is CHARGING US ALL for their LOUSY service & Equipment.
