Upgrade Info to Contour boxes

Is there a way to know when our boxes have received upgrades?  I am having issues with boxes, and I had the same issue a few months ago.  I did a hard reset with Tech Support, and then after multiple box re-boots it finally has started to work properly.  Im wondering if this is an issues around a new version and getting the box to completely update properly?
