I don't know what you call it, but whenever I freeze the program to perhaps read a name on the credits, or read something in a frame on the program, and for a while after I return to normal playback speed, a horizontal bar appears temporarily near the bottom of the screen. It seems to always block whatever it is that I'm trying to read. Is there a way to move where that bar appears on the screen?
