Recommendations (Green Diamond) Button Again

Is anyone else having issues with the recommendations that are made? I get shows that are opposite of what we would watch. I get cartoons, PPV, international language items, and other recommendations that are totally off-base! I go through disliking them and suspending the show for 10s of minutes only to get them again and again. Cox closed this threat as answered.

Update: I left that feature on for a long while and still get totally off-the-wall suggestions for the most part. Anyone else have the special charm of this non feature to us? We had a technician out and they claim there was nothing they could do - just let it run for a while. We did and still extremely disappointed!
