New 6 Channel DVR recording same show on multiple tuners

I just got the new Contour 6 channel DVR and so far I'm loving the new unit, with one exception.  I have several shows that while the are only setup to record once in the series manager, the same show is recording on 4 different tuners at once, leaving 4 copies of the same program in the list. Is there a way to change this, or check that its not setup on multiple channels.  So far I have at least two programs that are doing this each record between two to four times at once.  All my series are setup to record HD only, first run only, one time, keep all.  Any help would be appreciated.
