I started receiving service from Cox about a month ago. I had some friends spend the night a few nights back, who told me they messed with a few tv settings, and it seems as though the cable box won't respond to the Guide or any of the general settings buttons aside from the channel and volume controls on my cox remote. And when I push the on demand button, it shows the small window with video playing, but no actual menu for the programming even shows up!!
I have an Insignia TV, model NS-39D400NA14 120V/60Hrtz and the DCT 6400 Cox cable box with a Cox advanced TV subscription.
Is anyone else having this issue or know how to solve it?
