Audio and Video dropouts throughout area for months!

There are several of us throughout Crestview and Ft Walton Florida that have been experiencing audio and digital dropouts. I replaced all new RG-6 cable in my home; my mother-in-law had Cox replace her cable and her cable box at her house with the same dropout results. The neighbors down the street and my daughter across town... we all have the same poor quality. Another annoying thing while watching TV on any channel is Cox randomly displays a screen “Call Cox to subscribe to this channel” when it is already a basic channel. I have been a Cox customer for over 25 years however, this has been going on for several months and is influencing me to cancel Cox and seek another provider. Do you have any insight to this problem?
