I have been a Cox subscriber for 15+ years, I have cable, internet and phone services thru your company. My usual online shows ABC, NBC, ABC Family, etc.... that I have always been able to watch now request an Cox login and password. I'm told it will be no additional cost to me, I just need to input my information. I'm still not able to watch any shows and I'm being told that I need to upgrade my account in order to watch online? What kind of scam is this? This is terrible service or your customers who have and continue to pay for your services and your company decides to charge for a service that was already included? Why are you doing this and why can I not access the same channels that I pay for on my TV online....I'm also an internet subscriber? Frustrated!!
