I have been on cable/satellite TV for two reasons for the last decade and a half. SoapNet was very valuable to me and I absolutely lived for the NASA TV programming. Upon moving to my current location in Arkansas I went onto Cox...which offered me Soapnet until last Dec. 30. My heart was broken when I learned that Cox did not carry NASA TV. I contacted the head offices in reference to the programming. After all NASA offered it to everyone free of charge. I would have left Cox for that one reason alone, but my internet was set up in my package. I'm also now trying a landline...which I love. My questions are 1. Now that disney pulled the plug on soapnet what programming do you plan to replace it with. More urgently, I have discovered that NASA TV is now being offered. Upon checking I was told I would need the variety pack to get it $10.00 a month. It is supposed to be on channel 107. I've been paying for variety pack for several years. My channels skip from 106-110. What do I have to do to get NASA TV. I'm disabled and on a fixed income...and you are nicklel and diming me to death I want my NASA TV or maybe I'm due a refund for several years. You have no idea the pain I endured by not being able to follow the last shuttle flights.
