This is not a question but some comments I have just sent Cox directly and thought might be of general interest:
Cox Tech Support suggested I write you with suggestions.
1. Be willing to send out printed channel line-ups by US Mail. It's a pain for some user's to find them on line and to print them out concisely.
2. When deleting programs recorded previously from our DVR hard drive, it would be convenient to be able to delete whole folders when recorded series programs are grouped this way instead of having to do them one at a time. Sometimes we have recorded a whole series of 5 or 6 and want to dump them all.
3. The "Closed Caption" feature is a blessing for those of us with hearing problems, but the CC controls in our system are layered about 3 menus deep. I count between 17 and 20 button clicks to get to it, turn on or off and get out. Please make it more convenient to get at.

BTW, I had a house service call yesterday and Cox used a contractor to attempt an upgrade of our DVR, which did not go well. He left me in worse condition than when we started. I was able to straighten out problems with phone Tech Support which was very good, but suggest that Cox screen its contractors more carefully.
