All I want to do is discontinue my service. I'm moving, Cox Communications does not service the area I'm moving to, all I want to do is stop my service and not pay any more money to them. After speaking to 3 different individuals, I was put on a 5 minute hold to speak with the disconnect department. THAT WAS 20 MINUTES AGO! I have had time to logon to the forum, set this up, write this, etc, etc,. My bill might be due again by the time I get thru to someone. 31 minutes and counting.......
This would be much easier if I could just logon to my account and do this.
