I had to change out my cable box because a bunch of my channels kept saying temporarily off air. I spent 20 min on the phone with a support tech to finally have him tell me it appeared to be my box and I would need to exchange it. So I did that but with this new box it take like 20-30 seconds for the next channel to come up when I change channels. My old box didn't have a delay like that... What's the deal?
