What is the easiest way to control my cable box that is in the closet? Currently I have to stand in the hallway to control it. Is there an app from Cox that will work. I have a Smart TV as well. I had a device that amplified the remote signal and worked thru the wall, but apparently they are only good for a short while and it scrambled my box and no longer works.
