I recently noticed that I cannot watch NBC LiveExtra on my iPad Air. I have a valid account, but every time I select Cox as a provider and log in, I receive the following message: HTTP Status 404 - /sp; second line ---> type: status report; third line ---> message: /sp; fourth line ---> description: The requested source (/sp) is not available.
I've tried reinstalling the app but that didn't help. Please help me with this as the Premier League is only weeks away. Thanks. :)
