Cable Card "Not Staged"

I've come here as a last resort with your company in regards to my cable. No one seems to understand what exactly this means with the Tivo but upon many searches on the internet it appears that a cable card will become deactivated after not being used for 30 days just as most set top boxes. However, when I talk to the Tech Support for Cable Cards, they do not understand what I am talking about or referring to and act like I don't know what I am referring to. I've been trying to get my Tivo Roamio activated. A Tech was sent out here on Saturday and spent four hours with me. However, due to my work schedule I am not able to have another one come out until Sunday. There are a couple of things that could make it say "Not Staged". Due to inactivity of the card, provisioning of the card, they need to send a "staging hit" to the card to get it activated. No one seems to understand this and says to wait for the truck roll. I don't want to wait that long. Can someone who knows anything on the backend of the office please contact me to try to get this setup? The tech is going to have the same problems unless they have a new cable card that was used recently.
