This is becoming quite a common problem.
Last night, I tried to view some On Demand programs. After selecting the show and hitting the Play icon, it did its usual thing for several seconds and then came up with a message that On Demand is not available at this time, Please call .....
I'm getting sick and tired of talking to someone thousands of miles away to try to deal with such a stupid problem.
It have a hunch this is actually a Cox ploy to get me to upgrade my box and pay extra $$$$$ every month to have the DVR feature.
What can be done to stop this **?
