Is anyone else having problems with their television service the 12th of every month? When I call about it they say there isn't any service interruption on my account and they aren't doing any system updates. For no reason they can seem to find, my cable shuts off for 30 minutes to an hour the morning of the 12th day of every month. Can anybody think of a reason why this is happening? I always pay my bill at least 1-2 days before the due date so that's not it.
