We have the whole house DVR system. In the last two weeks we have noticed that it is starting to act up. When can go through the guide and select a program to record and it will set it to record, however if we set it as a series it accepts the series and puts in in the series manager but does not record any shows. Also, the shows that we have set to tape individually sometimes disappear from the scheduled recordings menu without being deleted by anyone and therefore won't record. We have only had cox for just over a year and this is our 2nd box. Our first one was replaced several months ago for a different dvr issue. Is there something we can do or are we going to need a 3rd box?
