RE: just a general complaint

Cox on demand is severely broken. Mine hasn't worked properly in 6 months. Multiple calls. Multiple recommendations to unplug, reset, and to wait a few hours. I have had techs come out and they admit they don't know why. One older tech told me it was a strength of signal issue. I can't wait till we have better options, I will leave cox immediately. I'm sure some tech will post a recommendation on here for me to unplug for 30 seconds but those shallow solutions aren't useful. 

For clarity, I get the red "check back periodically for exciting blah blah blah" message when I access on demand menu.
