Ordered channels not playing!

I just upgraded from Cox Advanced TV, up to Cox Premiere with the movie packs.  Form the time i ordered/upgraded to the better service, how long to I have to wait to receive my new channels? Just wondering as there is a movie on one of the channels I ordered, and it's still showing 'Channel Not Subscribed.. This is disappointing, as it's a movie that I really wanted to watch, and it rarely comes on.  I turned the receiver off and waited a minute.  it didn't work.  I unplugged  the receiver for a few minutes.  Still nothing, so i am turning to you experts to figure out what;s going on!  Hope you're able to help me figure this out easily!  Thank you for your time!
